Full of passion, committed to professionalism! CONSMOS Group’s first 2026 Bright Star Training Camp grandly opened. The whole event was lively and youthful, including team talent competitions, sincere speeches from the Chairman, mentorship handover ceremonies, and multi-dimensional professional training sessions. With a youth-oriented, practice-driven and interactive training model, we fully cultivate a new cohort of core foreign trade talents full of enthusiasm and professional expertise.
At the opening of the activity, the person in charge of the Human Resources Center of CONSMOS Group introduced the overall arrangement of the training camp. This Bright Star Training Camp will be held in four phases in an orderly manner. A comprehensive PK point incentive system will be implemented throughout the whole training, with scoring covering five major modules: daily attendance, in-class participation, completion of after-class assignments, corporate culture sharing, and practical order-closing operations. The program aims to cultivate outstanding new CONSMOS employees who are passionate about foreign trade, professionally competent, proactive, pragmatic and competitive.

Mentor-Mentee Pairing, Passing the Torch
The mentor-mentee system has long been CONSMOS Group’s established talent development tradition. Many senior backbones with outstanding performance and rich practical experience serve as exclusive mentors for new recruits all year round. Several mentors were invited to attend the apprenticeship ceremony of this training camp. Newcomers presented apprenticeship letters and offered tea to their mentors in turn, a solemn ritual embodying the original aspiration of passing down foreign trade expertise. Mentors will provide full-cycle guidance, walking new staff through business workflows and breaking down industry challenges step by step, enabling them to rapidly accumulate hands-on experience and lay a solid foundation for their careers.
