Complex-section industrial aluminum extrusions in 6063/6061/6060-T5/T6 — from heat-sink and electronics profiles to machinery frames and structural parts, produced on 600T–4000T presses with full in-house fabrication.
Product Overview
Consmos industrial aluminum profiles are extruded for engineers and OEMs who need predictable mechanical performance, tight tolerances and repeatable quality at scale. Starting from national-standard aluminum billets, our 28 extrusion presses — from 600 T up to our largest 4,000 T press — produce everything from simple tubes, angles and channels to intricate multi-cavity and finned sections that cannot be economically machined from solid stock.
Profiles are supplied as mill-finish extrusions or with anodized, powder-coated, electrophoretic or sandblasted surfaces, and can be delivered cut to length, punched, bent or welded to drawing. The combination of aluminum's natural conductivity, a density one-third that of steel and full recyclability makes these profiles the default choice for heat management, lightweight structures and automated-equipment frames.
Complex sections are our specialty: the 4,000 T press and a library of 40,000+ existing molds let us launch intricate industrial cross-sections quickly — with new mold tooling refunded after 5 tons of production.
Material Advantages

- High-purity substrate. High-purity aluminum delivers superior conductivity and ductility, ideal for electrical and thermal conduction paths.
- Excellent thermal conductivity. Favorable heat-transfer characteristics make the profiles ideal for heat sinks and heat-dissipation structural parts in electronics, LED lighting, power and EV systems.
- Low density, high stiffness. At 2.7 g/cm³ (one-third of steel), aluminum enables around 40% weight reduction without sacrificing structural rigidity — lowering transport energy and handling cost.
- Stable weatherability. Resists ultraviolet radiation and temperature fluctuation for reliable long-term outdoor service.
- Fully recyclable. 100% recyclable with ≥95% strength retention in recycled alloy; green-power smelting reduces the carbon footprint by about 30% (8.5 t CO₂ per ton of profile).
- Custom color. 200+ RAL colors with ΔE ≤ 0.5 control when branded or color-coded equipment is required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can you extrude from our CAD section drawing?Yes. Send the 2D/3D drawing with alloy, temper, thickness and finish; our engineering team confirms feasibility, press fit and tolerance, then opens a custom mold. The mold fee is refunded after 5 tons of production.
Q: Which alloy should we choose for a heat sink?6063-T5/T6 is the standard for heat-sink profiles due to its balanced extrudability and thermal conductivity; 6061 is selected where higher mechanical strength is required. Our team can advise on fin geometry for your thermal target.
Q: Can you deliver fabricated, ready-to-assemble parts rather than raw bars?Yes. We provide cutting, punching, bending and welding to drawing, plus protective packaging suitable for direct line-side delivery.
Q: What is the lead time and minimum order?Standard lead time is 15 days for in-stock sections; MOQ is 5 tons. Custom-mold projects are quoted with a tooling and sampling schedule.
